Summer is the perfect time to explore new teachers and classes within our yoga community. You might just stumble upon your new favorite class! Our space is filled with hidden gems, and trying something new can bring fresh energy into your practice.

Consistency is key, and here’s my number one tip: once a week, sit down and schedule all your yoga classes in our app. Add them to your calendar to hold the space for your practice. Even if you have to cancel last minute, you’ll be more likely to rebook into another class, keeping you accountable and steady in your routine.
