Not Too Late, Never Too Late

At the beginning of every year, I sit down with a fresh page and an open heart. I write out my goals — not just resolutions, but intentions that feel meaningful, aligned with vision. Things I want to become, or embody.

Recently, I looked back at that list from January. And I had one of those “Oh shoot…” moments.

There it was — a goal I had completely forgotten about. Not only had I made zero progress on it, but I hadn't even thought about it in months.

Sound familiar?

The good news is: it's not too late. It is never to late to start again.

NOW is the perfect time to pause and reevaluate. We're far enough into the year to reflect honestly, and there’s still time to take meaningful steps toward what matters most.

So here’s your invitation — and mine — to check in:

  • What goals have you actually achieved (and maybe need to dream bigger around)?

  • What fell off the radar completely?

  • Do those forgotten goals still matter to you?If yes, what’s one small step you can take today? If no, what would feel more aligned now?

This isn’t about good/bad — it’s about clarity. It’s about recommitting to what’s real right now.

In yoga, we often talk about sankalpa — a heartfelt intention. When you step onto your mat, that intention is with you, whether you say it aloud or simply feel it in your breath.

So I’ll ask you this:

What’s your intention for your practice right now? What benefits have you received from showing up at the studio — and what else would you like to receive?
