STEPS TO REDEEM YOUR RASA YOGA TUITION
1. Upload proof of therapy
Please complete this google form to submit your proof of therapy. If the patient is under 18, please note that as well.
2. You will recieve an email once your yoga tuition is applied to your account.
We strive to activate these daily, if you do not recieve an email within 24 hours please email rasayogaohio@gmail.com.
3. Login to your Momence Account
The first time please use your email that you submitted on the google form and "forgot password to reset". Momence is available via web or download the app.
