Learn to physical alignment points to build a sustainable structure.  There's a saying, "How the foundation goes, so goes the house."  Practice building from the ground up to create a strong a stable body.  You'll be introduced to the concept of the "3 Bodies" in Ayurveda Yoga philosophy.

Art of Breathing
Balance & Focus

Breath is the bridge!  Learn the science and art of breathing and experience the benefits for yourself.  You'll explore what balance and focus really are, how to work with them physically, emotionally and psychologically and then put it all into practice.

Mastery of Postures & Healing Through Meditation

Staging is mastery!  Learn the steps to staging on and off your mat.  And have you heard about the benefits of meditation?  Get started with a practice that will support you in experiencing more peace of mind, clarity, and offer healing.
